Glass

Glazed DAKO doors use safety glass on both faces. Aluminium insert-panel doors take a 2-chamber unit (DA-77N) or a 3-chamber unit (DA-90N). Timber doors take a 3-pane unit (68 and 78 mm) or a 4-pane unit (92 mm).

Warm frames

The spacer is the strip that seals the edge of the glass unit. A warm edge spacer lets less heat escape than a standard aluminium one, and the colour can match the frame.

HarmonyLine: door, garage and shutters to match

HarmonyLine is DAKO's matched set. The front door, sectional garage door, windows and roller shutters share one design and colour, so the front of the house looks planned as a whole. The photos below show each door with its matching garage door and roller shutter window. Designs include Eunika, Taida, Keira, Noel, Alba, Sotera and Niceta, in PVC, timber or aluminium.
