A tired bathroom is usually a few problems at once. The grout is stained, the seal around the bath has gone black, a tile is cracked and the shower drips. You can fix them one at a time, or you can take it back to the walls and start again. We will price whichever makes more sense for you.
For a refit, we strip out the old suite and tiles, sort out what is behind them, then fit and tile the new one. You pick the suite and the tiles, or we can tell you where we would get them. We let you know up front how long you will be without the bathroom, so you can plan around it.
A lot of people ask us to swap a bath for a walk-in shower, especially in a house with one bathroom. It is a common job and a good one to get a price on before you decide.

Yes. Small jobs like a retile, regrout or reseal are fine too.
